●● ワンマン列車の乗り方ご案内  How to get on the train

このページではワンマン列車(運転士以外に車掌等が乗務していない列車)の乗り方についてご説明いたします。

We explain how to get on the one-man(conductorless) train on this page.

●●1両編成の場合  in case of a single-cabin train

​ご案内係の「乗り君」

  1. ​Please get on the train from the back side door and pick up a numbered tikect from the issuing box.

  2. ​Please ​check the fare in the fare table or the fare indicator.

  3. ​If you will get off the train, please show your ticket, the rail pass or fare and the numbered ticket to the driver before put into the fare box.

  4. Please get off the train from the front door.​ Have a nice holiday!

●●2両編成の場合  in case of two-cabin train, the second cabin's door will not open.

中村駅での特急列車お乗り換えについて

​

  1. ​乗車駅から目的地までの切符をお持ちの場合は、そのまま特急列車にお乗り換えください。

  2. 中村駅から目的地までの切符をお持ちの場合は、ワンマン列車降車時に中村駅までの運賃をお支払いのうえ、特急列車へお乗り換えください。

  3. 切符をお持ちでない場合は、整理券を持って特急列車にお乗り換えいただき、列車内で車掌へ整理券をご提示のうえ、切符をご購入ください。

後免駅でのお乗り換えについて

後免駅を境に列車の運行会社がJR四国と土佐くろしお鉄道で変わりますので、ご注意ください。

  1. 目的地までの切符をお持ちの場合はそのまま次の列車にお乗り換えください。

  2. 切符をお持ちでない場合は、降車時に後免駅までの運賃をお支払いの上、次の列車にお乗り換えください。後免駅から先の運賃は次の列車でお支払いいただくか、車掌から目的地までの切符をお買い求めください。
